    Mark brings over 25 years corporate experience in Leadership and Organisation Development and his work spans a wide range of sectors including financial services, retail, telecoms, technology, media, housing, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, and energy.

    His professional practice focuses on equipping others to
    lead in complexity and enable transformational change. He specializes in developing leadership agility - the master competency of anticipating and initiating customer centric innovation and change and the ability to take wise and effective action in complex, rapidly changing environments.

    As a facilitator he works with Nancy Kline’s
    Time to Think methodology, training leaders to generate break through thinking and access the collective intelligence of the teams they lead. His corporate work is also informed by Otto Scharmer’s Theory U: The Social Technology of Presencing developed at MIT.

    Mark teaches at Henley Business School, is co-author of
    Mindfulness for Coaches (2017) and has written and presented extensively on the inner practices of psychological safety at Oxford University, many large corporates and all the major coaching professional bodies including the ICF, EMCC, AC and IoC.

    Her passion is working with
    values and levels of consciousness as the vehicle through which leaders connect with their purpose and passion. Clients respect her for quickly understanding and addressing the underlying patterns of organizational- and team dynamics and translate this to what that means on a personal level. Through the Fearless Organization, Nicole works in partnership with Amy Edmondson, a Harvard Business School professor specialised in building ‘psychologically safe’ workplaces.

    Anouk has over 20 years experience in human resources management, leadership development, organizational development, (international) transformation and HR project and change management. She has worked in a wide range of business environments (profit and non-profit) in and outside of the Netherlands, and has working experience with employees at all levels: from C-suite to staff level. 
     
    She is passionate about designing and facilitating effective programs, connecting people, engaging managers & teams and coaching them towards ownership for personal change. She is able to combine a rational, structured approach and the soft, sensitive approach to engage and connect people for change. Anouk is a strong believer in the power of purpose, congruence and simplicity.
     
    In 2012, she started her own practice, providing support to organisations in the area of leadership development, organisational development, team development, culture & change management. 
     
    Anouk holds a degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and was trained as a coach and facilitator by Phoenix Opleidingen. In addition, she is a certified career coach.

    SARAH BARLOW

    Head of Operations

    Sarah has over 28 years' experience in customer service, client support, executive assistant and operational management roles across various sectors. 


    Working primarily within management development, training, facilitation and coaching, Sarah has liaised with HR and L&D departments for global clients, project managing multiple development programmes and coaching assignments whilst also managing a team of associate consultants and sub-contractors.


    She has set up and managed an office, developed an operations team, supported a board of directors and has occasionally been known to fix the plumbing. 


    Sarah has studied the Lean Six Sigma process improvement approach at black belt level and been trained as an executive PA at the Institute of Directors in London.


    Sarah enjoys getting to know the details of any situation, drawing on her experience and pragmatism to help identify immediate priorities and deliver what is right for the project, working with intelligence and integrity. She likes to offer a challenge and help people look at things differently in order to find the best solutions. 


    Trust and honesty are paramount as a basis for a productive and successful partnership, alongside the most important thing of all; a sense of humour!
