"If you accept the vast majority of managers are well intentioned, often well-educated and typically well paid, how do we end-up with so many disengaged and mediocre performers in our organisations?"
SCOTT CHAMBERS
Director and Co-founder
Scott’s greatest pleasure comes from seeing
leaders and teams transform their performance. Presented with apparently intractable problems, Scott provides a different lens through which resolution can be readily achieved. Whether it is moving from already good to great or unlocking patterns that have been holding individuals or the team back, Scott enjoys enabling the team to face into the situation and develop pragmatic and effective solutions.
Recognising every situation is unique, Scott approaches each one with an open mind, seeking to quickly understand the underlying patterns and situational dynamics. He then draws on the experience of working with a range of practices and across multiple cultures to
facilitate the team re-engineering their personal and inter-personal impact and effectiveness.
Scott’s enthusiastic, open, warm and engaging facilitation style with strong influencing skills, means he is much in demand. He provides direct and supportive feedback and enjoys challenging individuals and teams to be better than they currently think possible. His personal style enables him to quickly build trust and confidence allowing him to immediately impact the performance of the individuals and teams he works with. As a result, he has worked with senior leaders and leadership teams in some of the world’s foremost companies, helping them
deliver sustainable business success.
